Birth 'Doula's' really are a gift to the world

(and Death Doula's too, but that's for another day)

How I wish I had one during my pregnancies.

All the support (emotional, physical, mental, spiritual) information/signposting, problem solving, advocacy, epiphanies, preparing for the future...

would have been life changing for me, with all four of my children.

Saying that, I am at peace with my life path so far, and am exactly where I am meant to be at this point in time

Doula's are pioneering care givers who are filling the gap, repairing the wounds and supporting the midwives (and other medical care givers) while humanity remembers how we used to do it in the first place  we've had amnesia.

I am proud to be a part of this movement.
