Womb Healing Meditation

when you are ready

sit or lay comfortably, with your hands either side of your womb

(bottom of your belly, just above your pubic bone)

breathe slowly, deeply into this area

feel the energy activating in the space between your hands

feel the warmth, the love and the stories that have happened here

when you are ready

move one hand and place it on your heart

breathe deeply into both of these areas

visualise the energy moving through the symbol of the infinity loop

(the figure of 8, connecting your womb and your heart)

you have now created a scared space, a portal between worlds

take as long as you need to relax

allow whatever comes into your conscious mind

stay deeply connected to both spaces under your hands

use your out-breath to blow away any difficult emotions that arise

see them floating away into the distance

sigh when needed

cry when needed

say whatever comes to mind 'out loud'

when you are ready

move your hand back to your womb and caress it like a baby

repeat to yourself..

(the powerful ancient Hawaiian forgiveness prayer)

 I love you.

 Thank you'


take your time, as you gently return
